End-to-End Management for a Multi-Branch Imaging Network

The Challenge
A diagnostic imaging network spanning six branches was running patient registration, billing and reporting-specialist payouts on disconnected spreadsheets. Nothing talked to anything else, so getting a single branch-wide picture — let alone a network-wide one — meant manually stitching files together.
What We Built
We built one system that covers the entire operation, from the front desk to the payout statement.
- Patient registration and fast, cart-style test ordering
- Invoice printing at the point of service
- Case queues and allocation for the specialists who report on each case
- Automatically generated specialist payout statements
- Employee records with attendance and salary slips
- Vouchers and discounts handled within the same system
- Management reports: branch-wise cash summaries, test summaries by department, and a deleted-test audit
Nine distinct staff roles — front desk, technicians, reporting specialists, business heads and admins — each see exactly what their job needs, nothing more and nothing less.
The Result
What used to be six branches’ worth of disconnected spreadsheets is now one shared system, with clean payout statements for reporting specialists and clear salary records for staff. Management gets branch-wise and network-wide visibility on demand instead of assembling it by hand, and a deleted-test audit trail closes a gap that spreadsheets never covered.
