The Challenge
A milk distributor recorded every customer’s daily delivery — cow or buffalo milk, morning or evening — in a paper ledger, and then spent days each month manually adding it all up to produce bills. Errors were easy to make and hard to catch until a customer disputed their bill.

The Result
Monthly billing that used to take days of manual addition is now generated automatically and accurately from the daily delivery log. The distributor can check any customer’s history at a glance, see who’s paid and who hasn’t, and get a running picture of business trends instead of reconstructing it from paper each month.
